HANOVER, Ind. – Earlham College women's tennis continued its 2018 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference slate with a 9-0 loss at the hands of defending conference champion Hanover College, Wednesday afternoon at the Zeddies Tennis Center.
Quaker first year Anna Hahn provided the toughest challenge for the Panthers with her match against Cami Jones at no. 1 singles, before Jones prevailed 6-4, 7-5.
Earlham slipped to 1-2 overall, 0-2 HCAC, with Wednesday's loss. The win extended Hanover's HCAC winning streak to 42 consecutive conference matches.
The Quakers return to action on Saturday, Sept. 22, when they host Manchester University in an HCAC match at 11:00 a.m., as part of Homecoming weekend.
