RICHMOND, Indiana - Earlham College volleyball sophomore Ashleigh Burton earned First Team All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) honorsafter the 2016 season, marking the first Quaker to ever receive this recognition.
Burton, who finished second in the HCAC in kills (374) and kills per set (3.63) led the Quakers in both categories. The Indianapolis, Indiana, native finished with at least 10 kills in all but six matches this season. She finished with over 20 kills three times including a career high 22-kill performance in a five-set loss to Mount St. Joseph University.
