Earlham College

An outstanding runner for the Earlham cross country and track teams, Cindy Beanblossom established the current 1,500-meter record of 4:48.4 in 1981. In addition, Beanblossom was the Little State Cross Country Champion and ran on Little State mile relay and medley relay teams. In 1981 she was named an NAIA women’s cross-country All-American. Beanblossom was also awarded Earlham’s Outstanding Athlete Award in 1983. She has served as a counselor at the Arizona Department of Economic Security Rehabilitation Services Administration.
