Fred Schlotterbeck was a four-year football, volleyball and badminton player during his time at Earlham.

As a member of the football team he was an all-conference fullback in 1951 and was Earlham’s Most Valuable Player that same year.

In volleyball, Schlotterbeck was on the All-Midwestern Tourney Team in 1951 and 1952, while earning All-American honors in 1952.

Finishing his years at Earlham on the Badminton squad, Schlotterbeck was second in doubles during the Indiana State Open Tourney in 1953.

Schlotterbeck currently resides in Richmond.
