Tom Rogers becomes, with this year’s induction, the fifth starter from the 1967-68 men’s basketball team to enter the Earlham Athletics Hall of Fame as an individual inductee. That team, which was inducted in 2001, finished 25-3 and featured four 1,000-point scorers and averaged over 100 points per game.

Rogers was a 4-year letterwinner and point guard for the Quakers with 953 points. Currently, the 1969 graduate holds the career record for assists with 533. He was also part of a group that started 52 straight games over two years with a 40-12 record from 1966-68. He finished his career by earning All-HCC honors in 1969 and receiving the Wendell Stanley Scholar-Athlete Award.
