GREENWOOD, Ind. – Earlham College sophomore Vitalii Stadnyk garnered Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Men's Tennis Player of the Week honors in a release by the conference on Monday.
Stadnyk finished 4-0 at No. 1 singles during the Quakers' spring break trip to Florida, including a 7-6 (7-4), 5-7, 1-0 (10-7) win over the No. 24 ranked player in the Southeast region (Doug Kaplan of Franklin & Marshall). Stadnyk also teamed with Jack Ventura-Cruess for a 3-1 record at No. 1 doubles during the week.
Earlham will face Georgetown College (Ky.) and Berea College (Ky.) on the road this weekend.
