Women's Basketball Team Awards Announced
RICHMOND, Ind. — The team awards for the Earlham College women's basketball squad were announced on Wednesday by Acting Head Coach Janel Iden.

Kasin Spay was named the Most Valuable Player for the 2014-15 season.

Spay, who was named All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Second Team, topped the Quakers in scoring at 15.6 points per game. She also became the 12th member of the 1,000-point club at Earlham with 1,011 points in her career.

The Most Improved Player was Kiara Scott, while the "Hustle" Award went to JaLissa Watt.

Scott played in all 25 games this season and started a pair of contests as she averaged 3.8 PPG.

Watt finished her career on the HCAC All-Sportsmanship Team as  she led the Quakers per game in rebounds at 6.4 and steals at 2.8. She scored 5.5 PPG.

Sophia Richard received the "EC Pride" Award. Richard played in 14 games in her first year.
