Gene Hambrick Varsity Tennis Center
The home of the Earlham College tennis programs, the Gene Hambrick Varsity Tennis Courts were renovated in 2022 to host the return of tennis to Earlham.Â
Set in the Sadler Athletics Complex, the Varsity Tennis Courts the courts feature stadium seating for both the upper and lower level courts, with a fresh playing surface. Additional bleacher seating was added to the outside of the courts in 2024.
In April of 2025, the courts hosted an HCAC Quarterfinal match between the Quakers and Franklin College. The event marked the return to conference postseason action for the Quaker tennis programs in just their third season back on campus.Â
The Renovation to the tennis facilities was made possible thanks to a generous gift made by Randy and Melissa Sadler to the Earlham College tennis programs.Â
