HENRYVILLE, Ind – The Earlham College men's golf team competed in the Fuzzy Zoeller Invitational hosted by Hanover College over the weekend. The Quakers finished in fourth place as a team, led by first year
Will Schade who earned all-tournament honors.
Schade finished in a tie for fourth place overall after recording a total score of 150 in the tournament. He was in a tie for first place after day one of competition with a first-round score of 72.
Mychal McKelvey and
Adam Strecker followed, scoring a 153 and 154 respectively. Both players scored a 76 in the opening round on Saturday.
David Huang and
Charles Bowen-Rayner rounded out the Quaker team lineup with a 157 and a 161 on the weekend.
The three Quakers competing individually all finished in a tie for 41st place with a total score of 169.
The men's golf program will be back in action next weekend at the NYE Intercollegiate hosted by Wooster College.
