OLIVET, Mich. – The Earlham College men's golf team opened the 2026-27 season at the Lou Collins Memorial hosted by the University of Olivet. 

As a team, the Quakers finished tied for 10th place with a 650 across the two rounds. 

Andrew Pennybacker led the squad, finishing in 28th place with a 157 in the event after a strong opening round. Arthur Del Borgo shot the best round of the tournament for Earlham with a 77 on day one, but a rough day two saw him finish at 158. 

Layton Prince scored 168 with a low score of 81 on Thursday, and Milan Nettl scored 169 to finish in 56th place. Hayden Chalfant rounded out the Quaker lineup with a 171 in 63rd place individually. 

The Quakers continue action on September 12th at the Stateline Shootout hosted by Mount St. Joseph at Miami Whitewater Forest G.C.
