Shianna Bellingham returned to the EC cross country program after competing for the Quakers for four seasons as a student. 

Bellingham won the the Outdoor 800 meter run for the Quakers at the 2021 Heartland Collegiate Athletics Conference Championships. She got her best cross country finish at the conference level with a ninth-place result at the 2021 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship meet on 10/30/21 and earned all-conference honors.
