Andrew Johnson joined the Earlham cross country/track and field coaching staff in 2022.
Prior to the Quakers, Johnson was an assistant coach at Grinnell College for cross country and track and field, where he helped guide the Pioneers to 10 All-MidWest Conference performances in the middle distance in 2022.
Johnson earned a Master's in Kinesiology and Health from the University of Wyoming in 2021. A 2015 graduate of Luther College, Johnson earned a Bachelor's in Biology and Secondary Education while competing in track and cross country for the Norse.
Johnson resides in Richmond with his spouse, Erin Ellefsen, a professor in the Earlham math department.
