Kevin McGee enters his ninth season as an assistant baseball coach for Earlham in 2025.

McGee helped guide the Quakers to a 2022 HCAC tournament title as well as their second NCAA tournament automatic birth. McGee served a variety of roles for the 2022 season. 

McGee aided Head Coach Steve Sakosits in leading the Quakers to a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) regular-season title for the first time in program history. Earlham went on to win the 2017 HCAC Tournament and achieve the College's first NCAA Division III Tournament victory (6-2 over the College of Wooster) in any sport.

A 2008 graduate of Centre College, McGee played catcher for the Colonels. 

McGee's wife, Lindsey, is an assistant professor of biology at Earlham College, and serves as a co-Faculty Athletics Representative for Earlham Athletics. They currently reside in Oxford, Ohio with their two children Ryan (10) and Patrick (6).
