RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College volleyball team dropped a 25-13, 25-21, 25-15 decision to Bluffton University on Saturday afternoon.
Callie Kinsey (Richmond, IN, Richmond) led the Quakers with seven kills in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.
Ashlee Heberger topped the squad with 16 assists, while
Kazondra Ramos (Commerce, CA, El Rancho) led the way with 14 digs. Kinsey finished with 10 digs.
"Defensively, we are starting to play well," Earlham Head Coach Natalie Alred said. "I am proud of the effort the team gave this weekend."
"We continue to improve every day," Alred added. "We are really seeing the ball better."
Earlham (4-17, 0-5) visits Anderson University on Tuesday. The HCAC match starts at 7:30 p.m.
