RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College volleyball team fell 20-25, 25-21, 25-23, 25-14 to Hanover College Wednesday night on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.
Callie Kinsey led the Quakers with 12 kills, while
Ramona Hemmings contributed 11.
Ashlee Heberger topped Earlham with 32 assists and two service aces.
Andrea Thompson and Hemmings led the way with four blocks, while
Kazondra Ramos had 14 digs. Kinsey finished with 11 digs and
Sadie Harmeyer added 10 digs.
The match was the first Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest in Earlham volleyball history.
Earlham (3-8, 0-1) competes in the Millikin University Invitational this weekend. On Friday, the Quakers play Concordia University (4 p.m.) and Benedictine University-Springfield (8 p.m.).
