Box Score DEFIANCE, Ohio — The Earlham College volleyball squad dropped a 25-15, 25-17, 25-11 contest to Defiance College on Wednesday night.

Andrea Thompson (McCordsville, IN, Muncie Burris) led the Quakers with five kills in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference match, while Ashlee Heberger (Fairport, NY, Fairport) contributed 15 assists and two service aces.

Kazondra Ramos (Commerce, CA, El Rancho) and Jazmyn Corlew (Elyria, OH, Elyria) topped the Quakers with nine digs each.

The Quakers (3-13, 0-2) entertain Denison University on Friday. The non-conference contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center starts at 7 p.m.
