NO. MANCHESTER, Ind. — The
Earlham College women's volleyball team fell in a tight contest to
Manchester College on Wednesday night.
The Spartans won the non-conference match 25-21, 22-25, 25-12, 23-25, 15-10. The two teams play the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference match in
Richmond on Oct. 15.
Earlham had three players reach double figures in kills with
Ramona Hemmings leading the way with 12.
Callie Kinsey had 11, while
Andrea Thompson added 10.
Ashlee Heberger had 33 assists and
Kazondra Ramos finished with 20 digs.
Sadie Harmeyer contributed 12 digs.
The Quakers (2-3) are at the Baldwin-Wallace Invitational this weekend. On Friday, the Quakers play John Carroll (5:30 p.m.) and
Westminster (7:30 p.m.)
