RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College volleyball team faced Wilmington College on Saturday in the season finale for both squads.
Wilmington won the non-conference contest 20-25, 25-19, 13-25, 25-22, 15-11 on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.
Andrea Thompson (McCordsville, IN, Muncie Burris), who was playing in her final match for Earlham, had 18 kills to lead the Quakers. She also had 10 digs and four blocks.
Meg Huffmeyer (Osgood, Indiana, Jac-Cen-Del) added 16 kills for the Quakers.
Ashlee Heberger (Fairport, NY, Fairport) topped the Quakers with 40 assists and five aces.
Jazmyn Corlew (Elyria, OH, Elyria) led Earlham with 14 digs and four blocks.
Kazondra Ramos (Commerce, CA, El Rancho) added 10 digs.
The Quakers (3-24, 0-9) end their season on Saturday with a non-conference match at home against Wilmington College at 1 p.m.
