WILBERFORCE, Ohio — The Earlham College volleyball team evened its record to 5-5 on Tuesday as the Quakers beat Central State University.
Earlham won 25-14, 25-12, 25-17 against the Marauders, who were playing their opening contest of the season.
Jazmyn Corlew (Elyria, OH, Elyria) led the Quakers with 11 kills, while
Meg Huffmeyer (Osgood, IN, Jac-Cen-Del) added seven kills.
Ashlee Heberger (Fairport, NY, Fairport) topped the squad with 18 assists.
Kazondra Ramos (Commerce, CA, El Rancho) led the Quakers with five services aces and nine digs.
Corlew and
Heather Hayden (St. Paul, IN, North Decatur) had three blocks each.
The Quakers are back at home on Thursday to entertain Franklin College. The non-conference match on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center is at 7 p.m.
