Box Score RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College volleyball team opened play in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference on Wednesday against Hanover College.

The Panthers won 25-17, 25-12, 25-16 in the contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center. Hanover is 7-7 overall and 1-0 in the HCAC.

Jazmyn Corlew (Elyria, OH, Elyria) led the Quakers with nine kills, while Ashlee Heberger (Fairport, NY, Fairport) had a team-high 15 assists.

Meg Huffmeyer (Osgood, IN, Jac-Cen-Del) topped Earlham with 14 digs. Kazondra Ramos (Commerce, CA, El Rancho) added 10 digs.

Earlham (5-7, 0-1) returns to action on Friday with a non-conference affair at Wilmington College. The match gets underway at 7 p.m.
