In 2007, Head Coach Jim Watts entered his seventh year coaching the Quakers. Olympia Diamond, who continued into her second year as the Assistant Coach, assisted him again. The team finished with an overall record of 12-5-1 and a conference record of 4-4.

The leading scorer for the '07 season was Callie Thomspon with 14 goals. Karman Duchon also posted 13 goals on the season and led the team in assists with 11. Maddie Dascovsky earned the Player's Player award while Elby O'Neil received the Mental Attitude award. Amy Boxell Received the Most Improved Player award and Karman Duchon received the award for the Most Valuable First Year.

In the conference, many players received recognition. Jim Watts was named NCAC coach of the Year while Elby O'Neil and Franny Newport received All-NCAC Honorable Mention awards. Maddie Dascovsky and Callie Thompson were named to the All-NCAC 2
nd Team while Karman Duchon was named to the All-NCAC 1
st Team and named Newcomer of the Year. Duchon and Dascovsky also received recognition by the NSCAA by being named to the Division III All-Great Lakes Regional Team.ÂÂ
