Box Score RICHMOND, Ind. â€" The Earlham College volleyball team fell 25-19, 25-13, 25-15 to Defiance College on Wednesday night on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center.

Jazmyn Corlew led the Quakers in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest with 10 kills against the Yellow Jackets (14-5, 2-0). She also had three digs. Emily Lim finished with six kills.

Ashley Hedrick topped the Quakers with 18 assists. Kazondra Ramos led the way with seven digs and a pair of service aces. Jolene Wells added two blocks.

Earlham (3-17, 0-3) travels to the University of Rochester for a pair of matches on Saturday. The Quakers play Rochester (10 a.m.) before finishing the day against Hiram College at noon.
