Box Score RICHMOND, Ind. â€" The Earlham College volleyball team opened play in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference on Wednesday against Anderson University.

The Ravens defeated the Quakers 25-20, 25-9, 25-21 on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellnes Center.

Mikah Sizemore and Emily Lim topped the Quakers with seven kills each.

Ashley Hedrick finished with 10 assists, while Morgan Thompson added eight assists. Alexus Bex and Rinako Nakamura had three digs apiece.

The Quakers (3-12, 0-1) travel to Denison University on Saturday. They play the Big Red at 3 p.m. The Quakers follow that contest with a match against Hiram College at 5 p.m.
