EC Finishes Quaker Classic

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 RICHMOND, Ind. â€" The Earlham College volleyball team finished the Quaker Classic on Sunday.

The University of Michigan-Dearborn won the first match 18-25, 25-10, 25-23, 25-21 over the Quakers on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center. Earlham fell 25-21, 25-21, 25-19 to Ohio Wesleyan University in its second contest.

Mikah Sizemore led the Quakers with nine kills against Michigan-Dearborn. Ashley Hedrick had 19 assists. Emily Lim had nine digs.

Against Ohio Wesleyan, Jolene Wells topped Earlham with six kills as Hedrick finished with 21 assists.

Meg Huffmeyer had three aces for the Quakers, while Jazmyn Corlew and Sizemore had two each.

Rinako Nakamura led the Quakers with 11 digs.

Earlham (3-5) entertains Ohio Christian University on Tuesday. The non-conference match begins at 7 p.m.
