EC Battles Rose-Hulman

Box Score TERRE HAUTE, Ind. â€" The Earlham College volleyball squad battled in the second and third sets on Wednesday night as the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology posted a 25-6, 25-22, 25-22 win over the Quakers.

Jolene Wells led the Quakers with 10 kills in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference affair with the Engineers (13-14, 4-2).

Kayla Morris added eight kills and 11 digs, while Emily Lim finished with seven kills, seven assists and a team-high 12 digs.

Ashley Hedrick led the Quakers with 16 assists. Alexus Bex contributed 11 digs.

The Quakers (4-20, 0-7) return to action at Ohio Christian University on Tuesday. The non-conference match is at 7 p.m.
