Bret Marshall scored the first goal with an assist from Victor Zuniga to give the Quakers a 2-1 advantage. Cole Davis-Roberts added to Earlham's lead with the next score with help from Masaki Nakamura.
Manchester (5-11, 1-6) added a final goal, but it wouldn't be enough to keep the Quakers in the hunt for the post-season.
The top four teams in the HCAC standings make the post-season tourney and the Quakers are currently tied with Defiance College with 10 points. Franklin College is in fourth with 11 points.
After the Spartans grabbed an early lead, Jacob Ebbs tied the contest in the first half with Earlham's first goal at 29:54.
Earlham led 13-5 in shots, while Manchester had a 5-4 edge in corner kicks.
