Box Score RICHMOND, Ind. â€" The Earlham College men's soccer team opened play in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference on Saturday with a 3-0 loss to Anderson University.

The Ravens (7-4, 1-0) scored a pair of goals in the first half of the contest on Matlack Field. Anderson added another score in the second frame.

Anderson led 14-11 in shots, while the Quakers held a 5-4 edge in corner kicks.

Earlham goalkeeper Aaron Falsetto had three saves for the Quakers.

The Quakers (0-8-1, 0-1) entertain Hanover College on Wednesday. The HCAC match begins at 4 p.m.
