RICHMOND, Ind. â€" The Earlham College volleyball team finished its season on Saturday with a tri-match against Mount St. Joseph University and Oberlin College.
The Quakers fell to Mount St. Joseph 25-10, 25-19, 26-24 in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest on Schuckman Court in the Athletics and Wellness Center. Oberlin finished the day with a 26-24, 25-27, 25-21, 25-21 win over the Quakers.
Jolene Wells led the Quakers with 11 kills against Mount St. Joseph (17-15, 5-4). Kayla Morris added eight kills.
Ashley Hedrick, who was honored on Senior Day, led the Quakers with 18 assists.
Emily Lim led Earlham with eight digs, while Wells ended with a pair of blocks.
Against Oberlin (12-17), Morris led the Quakers with 19 kills. Lim added eight kills, while Wells had six kills.
In her final contest, Hedrick had 23 assists. Lim contributed five aces and 16 assists.
Lim, Morris and Alexus Bex led the way with nine digs.
Earlham ends the fall at 4-24 overall and 0-9 in the HCAC.
