ALBION, Mich. — The Earlham College men's basketball team opened its season on Saturday with a 96-43 loss at Albion College.

Elijah Wilson-Thomas led the Quakers with 16 points, while Patrick Hawkins and Taylen Alexander also reached double figures.

Hawkins tossed in 11 points and Alexander finished with 10.

Joe Adams led the Quakers with five rebounds with Alexander grabbing four.

Hawkins handed out a team-high four assists and Adams added three.

Albion (2-1) led 46-15 at halftime of the non-conference contest.

Earlham (0-1) returns to action on Tuesday at Oberlin College. The game gets underway at 7:30 p.m.
