DELAWARE, Ohio â€" The Earlham College volleyball team concluded its weekend at Ohio Wesleyan University's Bishop Invitational on Saturday.
Ohio Wesleyan defeated Earlham 25-14, 26-24, 25-14 in the first contest of the day, while Wilmington College won 25-16, 26-24, 25-21 over the Quakers in the finale.
Against the Bishops (2-0), Jolene Wells led the way with eight kills.
Ashley Hedrick, who was named to the all-tournament team, had 12 assists. Alexus Bex finished with 10 digs.
Kayla Morris topped the Quakers with eight kills in the Wilmington (1-2) match. Wells added six kills and Emily Lim contributed five kills.
The Quakers (0-3) play their home opener on Wednesday against Wilmington. The match gets underway at 7 p.m.
