Quakers Fight for Freedom Trophy

Box Score RICHMOND, Ind. â€" The Earlham College men's soccer fell 5-0 Saturday afternoon to Oberlin College on Matlack Field.

The Yeomen (2-1) held on the Freedom Trophy for another year with four goals in the first half and another in the second.

Oberlin holds a 6-3 advantage in the annual battle since the trophy was established in 2005 by the 1954 Earlham men's soccer team.

Pelle Tracey, Nicholas Dey and Masaki Nakamura had shots for the Quakers.

In goal for the Quakers, Aaron Falsetto had four saves, while Eli Feuer had three.

Earlham (0-4-1) travels to Wilmington College on Friday for a non-conference contest at 7:30 p.m.
