Cherrah Barclay gave the Quakers a 1-0 lead in the first half with an unassisted goal at 39:22.
Spalding (1-2) responded with four goals in the second half.
Spalding led 18-12 in shots and 8-3 in corner kicks.
A.J. Johnson had three saves for the Quakers, while Olivia Wallace finished with five saves.
The Quakers (2-2-1) return home on Wednesday to face Wilmington College. The match on Matlack Field starts at 4 p.m.
