Box Score TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — The Earlham College men's basketball team fell 85-52 on Wednesday at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Lajay Kelly led the Quakers with eight points and five rebounds. Taylen Alexander also had five rebounds.
Patrick Hawkins and Dominique Knox tossed in seven points each.
Elijah Wilson-Thomas and DeAndre Lynch finished with six points apiece.
The Engineers (11-9, 7-6) began the Heartland Collegiate Athletic contest with a 12-0 advanage by the 15:55 mark of the first half.
Earlham was able to cut the deficit to 25-19 after Kelly scored with 6:52 remaining in the opening period.
By the intermission, Rose-Hulman led 38-24. In the second half, Rose-Hulman was able to increase its lead.
The Quakers (0-20, 0-13) are at Hanover College on Saturday for a HCAC game at 2 p.m.
