Women’s soccer stopped by Hanover in season opener

RICHMOND, Indiana – Earlham College women's soccer opened its Spring 2021 slate with a 6-0 loss to visiting Hanover College, Tuesday afternoon at Darrell Beane Stadium.

Maggie Day tallied three goals for the Panthers, while Autumn Boothby, Bri Matis, and Kelsey Hughes each notched one goal.

Hanover outshot Earlham 10-2, and the Panthers recorded two corner kick opportunities.

Earlham women's soccer returns to action on Saturday, March 6, when the Quakers travel to Cincinnati, Ohio, to face Mount St. Joseph University. Start time for the match is 1:00 p.m.
