RICHMOND, Ind. - The Earlham College men's soccer team wrapped up its portion of the Raven-Quaker Classic on Sunday, Sept. 5.
Emory & Henry jumped out to a fast start scoring at the 14:16 mark in the first half with a well crossed ball finding the head of Ryan Boyette.
The lone goal was just enough as the Quakers would fail to score, resulting in a 1-0 loss to the Wasps.
The Quakers led in shots 17-14 overall with a 12-5 advantage in the second half. Earlham also led in corner kicks 5-3.
Multiple scoring opportunities came about for the Quakers down the stretch, but each instance drew an offside flag from the assistant referees.

The Quakers (0-3) travel to Michigan to face Olivet College on Saturday, Sept. 11. The non-conference match begins at 3 p.m.
