RICHMOND – The Earlham College men's basketball team began its Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference slate with a 75-60 loss to Manchester University on Saturday afternoon.
Jaden Terry led the offense with 12 points and seven rebounds.
James Holder collected a team-high nine boards and added seven points.
Ball security plagued the Quakers who gave up 24 total turnovers.
Holder led the Quakers to a 5-0 lead in the opening minutes of play, before the Spartans took control of the contest.
The Quakers will continue their conference schedule on Wednesday against Rose-Hulman in Druley Performance Gym. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
