CARMELL, Ind. – On Monday, the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced Caylee Brandes as HCAC Offensive Player of the Week for volleyball. 

Brandes scored 33 kills and had a .387 attack percentage in a 2-0 week for the Quakers. Brandes worked an efficient game against Rose-Hulman with 13 kills and just two errors on Wednesday. On Saturday the freshman scored a career-high 20 kills with a .342 hitting percentage against Franklin. 

On the season, Caylee has scored 198 kills and is swinging at a .174 clip, and averaging 2.44 kills per set. 

This is the first weekly honor of Brandes' career. 

The Quakers continue their season on Wednesday at Manchester University for the opening round of the HCAC Tournament.
