RICHMOND – Earlham College senior
Jaden Terry scored a career-high 36 points while the men's basketball team attempted a 19-point comeback in the second half against Hanover College on Saturday afternoon.
Terry led all scorers, and added 10 rebounds, five assists, and two steals for his third double-double of the season.
Tommy Makabu put up 10 points, and
James Holder scored eight, while bringing down five boards.
After trailing by 19 at halftime, Earlham began the second frame with a 15-3 run that spanned the opening six minutes. Terry began the run with five points in just 43 seconds. The Panthers responded with a 7-1 run, and by the midway point of the half led by double-digits again.
Earlham will be back in action on Wednesday evening at Bluffton University. The Quakers won the matchup earlier in the season 85-59 in Druley Performance Gym. Tip-off is slated for 7:30 pm.
