RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College men's golf team continued its spring season with a second-place finish at the Earlham Spring Invitational on Monday. 

As a team, the Quakers scored a 610 in the two-day event, falling just short of Indiana University East for first place. 

Vassily Lombard led the Quakers with a total score of 149. The freshman finished in third place individually with a best round of 74. Mychal McKelvey and Adam Strecker tied for fifth overall with a 152. Strecker was the leading Quaker after day one with a 74 in the opening round. 

Charles Bowen-Rayner finished the tournament with a 157, and Luke Kielbaso rounded out the top EC lineup with a 164. 

Hudson Roebken led the second Quaker lineup with a final score of 168. Ben Pratt remained consistent all tournament with an 85 in both rounds, while David Huang and Kyle Moore rounded out the Earlham participants in the tournament. 

Earlham will be back in action at the HCAC Championship tournament beginning on May 5.
