LEXINGTON, Va. – The Earlham College women's tennis team fell to No.29 Washington and Lee University 9-0 on Saturday morning.
The Quakers fell to 2-4 on the season.
Payton Dugan played No.1 singles for the Quakers, with a 6-2, 6-1 loss. At No.2 singles,
Maddie Cherry was defeated 6-2, 6-2.
Cherry teamed up with
Elizabeth Hoff at No.1 doubles with an 8-4 loss, while Dugan and
Natalee McCann fell 8-4 at No.2 doubles.
The Quakers continue their Virginia trip tomorrow with Virginia Wesleyan University at 9:30 pm.
