CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – The Earlham College field hockey team began the Wilson Tournament with a 3-1 loss to Allegheny College on Saturday.
The Quakers fell to 1-2 on the season.
Piper Brill recorded the goal for Earlham in the opening two minutes of play, with an assist from
Sydney Schmitt.
Earlham was outshot 22-5 in the contest.
Brill tallied two shots on goal to lead the Quakers on offense.
Rachel Alma collected 11 saves in the cage.
Earlham is now set to take on Washington and Jefferson tomorrow at 10 am to conclude the tournament.
