WILMINGTON, Ohio – The Earlham College cross country team took on the JennaStrong Fall Classic for the final meet before the HCAC Championships on Friday evening.
Cleo Saltz led the women's team, finishing in 22nd place overall, and scoring a new PR of 19:46.3 in the 5k race.
Julia Compson also scored a new personal best with a finishing time of 22:41.9.
Ethan Rose led the men with a 45th-place finish, clocking a time of 27:08.4 in the 8k race.
Anthony Gough cracked the top-100 finishers after recording a time of 28:17.5.
Peyton Chanley finished just behind with a 28:20.9.
As a team, the Quaker men finished in 15th place.
Earlham takes on the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship Meet on November 1st in Shelbyville, Ind. at Blue River Cross Country Course.
