CARMEL, Ind. – On Monday, the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the weekly winners of the Athlete of the Week award. After a 2-1 week, two Earlham College athletes earned the recognition. 

Addison Piatt earned offensive Player of the Week honors after leading the Quakers with 49 kills (3.5 kills/set), 47 digs (3.36 digs/set), six aces, and two blocks. The sophomore swung at a .259 clip as the Quakers remained perfect in HCAC play to lead the conference at 5-0.

Madison Bizjak held down the back line for the Quakers to win defensive Player of the Week with 81 digs (5.71 digs/set), 16 assists, and three aces.

The Quakers continue HCAC action this week at Franklin College on Wednesday. First serve is scheduled for 7 pm.
