SUNBURY, Ohio – It was a bad day to be a golf ball, wind, rain, then sun, and more wind. The Quakers finished 6th of 7 in the Otterbein Easter Leftovers tournament on Monday.

The one-day event was a late addition to the schedule in the aftermath of the early season rain-outs. Adam Strecker (Sr., Apopka, FL) led the squad with 17th place finish, carding an 81. Arthur Del Bourgo (So., Metz, France) followed with an 83, good for 24th.

Head Coach Matt Brown said, "We finished where we were seeded without proper preparation on a tough course in demanding conditions. All-in-all, it was a respectable performance."

The Quakers resume action on Friday in the first round of the Anderson Invitational at Delaware Country Club in Muncie.
