FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Earlham College women's tennis team concluded its regular season with a 5-2 win over Franklin College on the road.
Vanessa Akuaku improved to 13-7 on the season with a 6-2, 6-1 win at No.1 singles.
Lawrencia Manu won her matchup at No.2 singles 6-2, 6-1. The Quakers continued with wins at No.3 singles from
Mackenzie Davis, No.5 singles from
Natalee McCann, and No.6 singles from
Madison Ruwersma.
With a third place finish in the conference standings, the Quakers will host an HCAC Quarterfinal on Wednesday at 4:30 pm in the Gene Hambrick Varsity Tennis Center. Earlham will play either Franklin, or Hanover, depending on their matchup tomorrow.
