RICHMOND, Ind. – On Monday, the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced Earlham College among the list of schools honored with the AVCA Team Academic Award.

Each year, the AVCA honors high school and college teams who post a yearly team GPA of 3.3 or higher. This year, 1.450 teams were recognized by the association. 

The Quakers are set to begin fall competition on August 29th at the Illinois Wesleyan Tournament in Bloomington, Ill. Earlham will open the tournament against the hosts at 6 pm.
