SHELBYVILLE, Ind. – The Earlham College cross country team ran in the Grizzly Invite hosted by Franklin College at Blue River Cross Country Course on Saturday. 

Ethan Rose led the men's runners with a finishing time of 17:08.97 in the 5k race. Rose finished in 44th place individually. Anthony Gough ran 18:08.17 to finish in 82nd place. 

Cleo Saltz led the women's program in 34th place individually with a time of 21:19.45. Freshman Julia Compton followed with a time of 22:57.08. 

As a team, the men finished in eighth place in the meet. 

Earlham is slated to be back in action next Saturday at the Otterbein Invitational in Westerville, Ohio.
