RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College men's lacrosse team fell 10-4 in its season opener against William Peace University on Friday evening.
Ivan Pineda got his collegiate career off with a pair of goals after taking 11 shots with six on goal.
Robbie Gift scored one goal with two assists, and
Thoms Toussaint scored his first career goal.
Gift and
Elijah Adamson both tallied two caused turnovers while
Liam McGlynn led the defense with four ground balls.
Ryan Dolafi collected 15 saves in goal.
As a team, the Quakers were 16-for-26 in clears, and took 21 shots.
Earlham will continue play next weekend against Augustana College in Darrell Beane Stadium.
