WILMINGTON, Ohio – The Earlham College cross country team opened its 2026 slate at the Wilmington College XC Opener on Tuesday evening.
The women's team finished in fifth place as a team with a score of 131, while the men's squad did not qualify for team scoring.
Cleo Saltz led the women's squad, finishing in sixth place individually with a time of 12:42.5 in the two-mile race.
Sofie Kurrasch finished in 35th place overall, clocking in a finishing time of 16:51.4.
Omar Zaher represented the Quaker men's program, finishing the two-mile run in 19:00.9.
The Quakers continue their season on Saturday at the Franklin College Invitational at Blue River Cross Country Course.
