TIFFIN, Ohio – The Earlham College women's soccer team fell to Heidelberg University 3-0 on Wednesday evening.
The Student Princes took the lead with a goal in the 13th minute of play. After leading 1-0 at halftime, the hosts then added a pair of goals in the 81st and 83rd minutes.
Freshman
Mallory Long led the Quaker attack with two shots, one on goal.
Kaya Ito started the game in goal for the Quakers and made one save.
Jaylin Nerderman recorded the second half in goal, with three saves.
Earlham continues its season on Saturday against IU East in Matlack-Messer Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 2:30 pm.
